Rafonel Archive — Service Index

Indexed Offerings

Each Rafonel service is a structured analytical process — not a generic programme. The methodology varies by individual case, but the framework of documentation, pattern identification, and calibrated adjustment is consistent across all records.

SERVICE / REF-S01

Individual Stress-Eating Audit

A structured intake process producing a complete individual appetite profile under stress conditions. Covers food category preferences, trigger mapping, meal timing patterns, and cortisol-context correlation. Duration: 3-week documentation period + analysis session.

  • Initial structured intake form (standardised format)
  • 21-day food and stress event log
  • Pattern analysis report with cross-referenced field notes
  • Appetite profile summary document (archived under case reference)
SERVICE / REF-S02

Emotional Hunger Documentation

A precision-documented process distinguishing emotional food-seeking from physiologically-driven hunger across an individual's observed behaviour. Uses the Rafonel identification criteria framework, developed from 12 years of field records.

  • Hunger-state identification questionnaire (daily, 14 days)
  • Emotional trigger event log with food-response correlation
  • Pattern classification per Rafonel REF criteria v2
  • Annotated individual record added to main archive
SERVICE / REF-S03

Meal Planning Calibration

Structured meal-environment design for individuals whose food decision-making degrades significantly under occupational or personal pressure. Based on the individual's audit record, not on generic nutritional guidelines. Calibrates timing, composition, and environmental structure.

  • Requires completed REF-S01 audit record as baseline
  • Structured 4-week meal environment plan, documented per case
  • Weekly check-in records with deviation logging
  • End-of-period outcome record with revision notes
SERVICE / REF-S04

Habit Interruption Protocol

A documented 6-week structured process for interrupting established automatic food-response patterns under stress. Draws on habit-formation research, applying documented replacement-behaviour strategies rather than suppression approaches, which the archive shows to be less durable over time.

  • Trigger-behaviour-response mapping per case
  • Replacement routine design, documented and time-stamped
  • Bi-weekly progress review records over 6 weeks
  • Final case-record summary with durability assessment notes
SERVICE / REF-S05

Mindful Eating Framework Sessions

Documented individual sessions applying structured mindfulness-nutrition frameworks drawn from the Rafonel archive. Sessions are guided by the individual's existing appetite profile. We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional alongside this process if specific dietary requirements apply.

  • 60-minute individual sessions, available in-person (London) or remote
  • Session notes archived per case reference
  • Attentive-eating calibration tools provided and documented
SERVICE / REF-S06

Archive Consultation — General Enquiry

A single documented session for individuals seeking a structured overview of stress-eating patterns, archive referencing, or preliminary scoping before a full audit. Covers the core subject areas and identifies which service record type is most appropriate for the individual's circumstances.

  • 45-minute scoping session, in-person or remote
  • Session summary note with recommended service path
  • Optional: relevant archive reading list provided post-session
