Session scheduling
An available intake appointment is confirmed by email with a date, time, and location (in-person or remote) agreed in advance.
Pre-session intake form
A standardised intake questionnaire is sent ahead of your first session. This is completed at your own pace before the appointment.
Initial intake session
The first session reviews your completed intake form, confirms the applicable service record type, and begins the case documentation sequence.
